These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Label Atelier website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms, subject to rights and protections available under applicable law.
1. Business & Products
Label Atelier offers decorative, personalised and custom-made products, including name plates and other products described on the website. Certain products may be produced specifically according to individual customer instructions.
2. Product Information
Label Atelier takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, materials and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, materials and the handmade or customised nature of products.
3. Customisation & Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate information required for production. The customer is responsible for checking and approving all spelling, names, numbers, measurements, colours and other specifications before production.
Where an error results from information supplied or approved by the customer, Label Atelier shall not be responsible for the resulting discrepancy.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Label Atelier reserves the right to change prices. A confirmed order will ordinarily be honoured at the price applicable when the order was successfully placed, subject to correction of genuine listing or pricing errors.
5. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of shipment weight and the applicable shipping rate and are displayed during checkout. The final shipping charge may depend on shipment weight and delivery destination.
6. Orders & Payment
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. An order is treated as confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation, subject to availability and any necessary verification.
Label Atelier may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including unavailability, material listing/pricing errors, incorrect information, suspected unauthorised transactions or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law.
7. Processing & Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are indicative and may vary according to product type, customisation, courier operations, destination, weather, holidays and circumstances beyond Label Atelier's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details.
8. Damaged Delivery & Unboxing Evidence
Customers should record a continuous unboxing/opening video beginning before opening the package and showing the shipping label, outer packaging and product condition. For transit-damage claims, the unboxing video and supporting photographs are required for Label Atelier to consider a replacement claim, subject to applicable law.
Where transit damage is verified, Label Atelier's ordinary remedy is replacement of the affected product and not a cash refund. The customer should retain the packaging until the claim is resolved.
9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customised and personalised products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or preference. Please refer to the separate Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for the detailed procedure applicable to damage, defects, cancellations and exceptional cases.
10. Intellectual Property
The Label Atelier name, logo, photographs, product images, designs, graphics, written content, website layout and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
11. Website Availability
Label Atelier endeavours to maintain the website and its information, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the website will always be free from technical errors.
12. Force Majeure & External Events
Label Atelier shall not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, technical failures, service interruptions and other unforeseen events.
13. Compliance With Applicable Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to waive, restrict or exclude any statutory right, consumer protection or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
14. Changes to Terms
Label Atelier may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website with the applicable revision date.
